If you don’t mind me asking here two basic questions:
- is the venerable 38 caliber kind of “serviceable” in case of future issues happening?
- am I right to assume that the diameter is around 36mm?
I think from the 38 series onwards you should be pretty safe. Plenty of donors always available should worst come to the worst and you need parts.
Yes I think 36mm is correct. I'm back home on Monday and will confirm then.
